Must be age 18 or older, and:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Evaluate customer calls and assign technicians to projects.
Relay accurate information to technicians and Project Managers, ensuing proficient, quality customer experiences.
Manage the whereabouts and needs of technicians in the field.
Record the results of each service call. Make recommendations for improvements.
Quote small residential projects in the absence of a Project Manager.
Be professional and establish internal and external customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.
Assist the SST department with overflow if needed.
Prefer experience in the restoration, construction or related field.
Proven track record in scheduling multiple crews and/or dispatching.
Computer wicked smart; good typist and proficient with phone systems; ability to quickly learn internal scheduling software and specialized insurance programs.
Experience with an I-Pad is a plus.
Able to work the On-Call calendar as scheduled; flexible schedule if needed to arrive earlier. Ability to stay later depending upon situation.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and multi-tasking abilities.
Handle the ebb and flow of disaster related activities with calm and professionalism.
Strong verbal and written communications.

The Project Manager is responsible for developing an estimate/scope on a project along with Property Owners, Adjusters, and/or Insurance Companies. The Project Manager ensures that the project is delivered on time and to the required standard with agreed specifications. Focus is on scoping and estimating the work required to restore properties to their pre-disaster state. The Project Manager will lead projects, manage the type of work crews needed, subcontractors and suppliers related to each project. The Project Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients within the insurance industry.
High School diploma or GED.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in water or fire damage, residential / commercial restoration and/or other types of construction, an Estimator, Insurance Adjuster or Project Manager.
Proven experience with Xactimate or Project Management software.
Must know Microsoft Office, Email, basic office equipment.
All Project Managers participate in the On Call rotational schedule.
Education in Project Management, Construction Management
Water Remediation Technician (WRT)
Fire, Smoke/ and Odor Control Restoration Technician (FSRT)
Certification in res/comm insurance adjusting
Skills and Knowledge:
Detailed understanding of mitigation and/or construction practices for commercial or residential property that has suffered mother nature or man-made damage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, to assist clients, adjusters in a professional manner.
